Mark began teaching nutrition and leading a 12-Week Transformation small group at the Church at Chapel Hill in Douglasville, Georgia, in the Spring of 2007. This small group grew quickly, causing him to continuously facilitate and expand the material over the following three years. He additionally began helping people outside of the church to look and feel great too.In December of 2009, his journey began on a higher level, by becoming a nationally certified personal trainer with the American Council on Exercise and incorporating the business Powered UP Systems. He continues to teach the importance of healthy nutrition and effective exercise using over three decades of experience, to help people take control of their health, to lose weight, eat right, and feel great!
